YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This page describes information involved in browsing thriveshape.in, sending a contact enquiry or using WordPress features on the site.

Information you choose to send

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide a phone number; this field is optional. Use the form only for information relevant to your enquiry, and avoid including sensitive health information. These details are used to receive and respond to your enquiry.

How contact messages are handled

The contact form uses SureForms. When you submit it, SureForms stores the form fields in the website database and sends the submission details to the site administrator by email.

Entries submitted through this SureForms contact form are stored in the website database. The form is set to delete its SureForms database entries 90 days after submission. Its GDPR compliance setting prevents IP address, browser name and device name from being stored with those entries. This 90-day setting does not delete email copies or website backups; those copies may have separate retention periods. Use the contact page to ask about information you have submitted.

Technical information and cookies

Hosting and security services process technical requests needed to deliver and protect the website. The contact form’s GDPR compliance setting prevents SureForms from storing the submitter’s IP address, browser name and device name in form entries. Form submission failures may be recorded in diagnostic logs; submitted field values are excluded from those logs. WordPress uses administrative login cookies for signed-in users. Blog search terms appear in the results URL and can be retained in browser history or server logs.

Fonts from Google

The website loads its DM Sans font from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font stylesheet and files, it connects to Google’s servers, which receive the IP address needed to deliver those resources. Read Google’s explanation of font requests and privacy.

Comments on articles

If you submit a comment on an article that accepts comments, WordPress can process your name, email address, optional website address, comment and technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. A published comment can display your chosen name, website link and comment text. Avoid including private information in a comment.

Requests about your information

Use the contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted. Include the email address used for the enquiry and enough context to help locate it. We may need further information to verify the request; please avoid sending identity documents or sensitive health records unless specifically needed.
